Safety, Standards and Water Containment
Our frameless screens use 10mm toughened Grade A safety glass that meets AS 1288 and AS/NZS 2208, and as a QBCC-licensed installer we supply Form 15 and Form 43 certificates for new builds and council-approved renovations.
One thing worth being straight about: no shower screen is completely watertight. Small gaps are left on purpose so the glass can handle normal house movement. A frameless screen that we measure and install correctly contains the bulk of the water and keeps the rest of the bathroom dry, which is why we measure on site rather than work from supplied figures.
