Custom Glass Mirrors, Made and Installed on the Gold Coast
REGAL provides custom mirrors from 4mm and 6mm mirror glass. Frameless mirrors come with a polished or bevelled edge in any shape — arch, pill or capsule, round, oval, rectangle or square — with floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall panels cut on order. Framed and micro-framed options use a small aluminium frame or slimline micro-frame in White, Black, Polished Silver, Matt Silver, Satin Gold or Nickel, in square and rectangle only.
For bathrooms and ensuites, we cut mirrors to match the vanity width or tile line. Hallway, bedroom, and living room mirrors are made full-length or to specified dimensions. Gyms, dance studios, and fitness spaces use floor-to-ceiling wall panels; salons and barbershops use styling station mirrors. All glass complies with AS 2208 and AS 1288, and REGAL’s own team installs every mirror.

Gold Coast Mirror Types — Frameless, Framed & Beyond
We make three mirror constructions: frameless, framed (6mm aluminium frame), and micro-framed (slimline profile). All three are cut to size, shaped and finished in Brisbane, then installed by REGAL’s own team. The right choice depends on the space, the look, and how the mirror is used. Every mirror is made to measure, cut to the exact dimensions of your space, rather than trimmed from a stock size.

Frameless Mirrors
No frame, no border — just glass cut to the edge. The edge is either polished (flat and ground smooth) or bevelled (an angled cut creating a chamfered border). Frameless mirrors are available in any shape we cut: arch, pill or capsule, round, oval, rectangle, square, or organic and irregular forms on request. Glass is 4mm or 6mm A-grade silver float, with safety backing where specified. The most commonly specified mirror type — and the one we recommend for most contemporary bathroom mirrors, hallway mirrors and feature positions.

Framed Mirrors
A 6mm aluminium frame in White, Black, Polished Silver, Matt Silver, Satin Gold or Nickel — six colours total. Square and rectangle shapes only. The frame provides a defined visual border, which works in traditional bathrooms, powder rooms, and spaces where the mirror needs to integrate with adjacent joinery or vanity panelling. Glass is 4mm or 6mm . Mounted with silicone and double-sided tape against the substrate. Framed mirrors are not available in arch, pill, round or oval shapes — those are frameless only.

Micro-Framed Mirror
A slimline aluminium profile — narrow enough to read as near-frameless from a distance, but with a defined edge detail close-up. Same six frame colours as the framed option: White, Black, Polished Silver, Matt Silver, Satin Gold and Nickel. Square and rectangle only. Glass is 6mm A-grade silver mirror.
Most often specified for contemporary bathroom renovations on the Gold Coast where a subtle border is preferred over a full frame, but the look is too soft for a fully frameless mirror.

Mirror Edge Finishes and Shapes
Edge Finishes
For frameless mirrors, we offer two edge finishes — polished and bevelled.A polished edge mirror is flat, ground smooth, and sits flush against the wall. It reads as minimal and suits most contemporary bathrooms and hallways.
A bevelled edge mirror has an angled cut, typically 10–25mm wide, creating a chamfered border around the glass. The bevel catches light and adds a decorative quality without needing a frame — it suits traditional and transitional styles, particularly powder rooms and formal entry spaces.
Mirror Shapes
REGAL cuts mirrors in any shape: rectangle, square, round, oval, arch (flat base, curved top), pill or capsule (rounded top and bottom), and organic or irregular forms drawn to your specification. All shapes are available for frameless mirrors. Framed and micro-framed mirrors are square and rectangle only.
